Franco Fresco, with its trade name, Gustavo Gusto, is a well-known frozen pizza producer. “We are convinced that a frozen pizza can be as good as that pizza from your favourite Italian restaurant, just around the corner. We let the dough rise for an extra-long time, and then work it by hand. We use quality products and it’s very important that the freezing process preserves the quality.”

Unifreezing constructed three trans-critical spiral freezers, and three coolers, for Franco Fresco. The machines ensure a smooth process and guaranteed quality.

Meanwhile, the freezer has been running to our full satisfaction for several months. Every hour, pizzas come off the production line, which, once baked, are not inferior to the quality of a fresh pizza.
