Carton Box Freezer

The carton-box freezer is used for freezing packaged products along continuously operating production lines. The optimal freezing performance of our carton-box freezer is between 3 to 30 tons per hour. The average air temperature in the freezer is approximately -35° C (-31° F). Average freezing times range from +10° C to -18° C for open boxes: poultry: e.g. tightly packed chicken, is 4-6 hours. For flash-freezing we recommend using open boxes/cartons. The freezing times for closed boxes/boxes are first tested in our test freezer.
