New Operations Director

As of the 9th of March, we welcomed Brigitte Esser to our team, as Operations Director.

Together with Brigitte, we hope to grow the organisation further and make it stronger.
Optimizing customer and employee satisfaction by improving processing, procedures, systems and communication, will play a central role going forward.

We expect Brigitte to be a valuable asset to support us in this great challenge; she has many years’ experience in various management positions and in the field of HR.
