Dirk started out as a mechanic and experienced many aspects of the trade over the years. Assembly, commissioning, malfunctions, maintenance, and service: he knows the practical side inside out.
That broad experience makes him valuable. Not only because he has a lot of technical knowledge, but also because he understands what is needed on site. Sometimes that's a smart solution. Sometimes it's mainly about staying calm and pushing through.
