Christian in the spotlight

Christian begon bijna 25 jaar geleden als stagiair bij Van Abeelen. Wat daarna volgde, is een mooi voorbeeld van doorgroeien in de techniek. Van leren in de praktijk naar een vaste waarde binnen het team.

Inmiddels is Christian uitgegroeid tot een collega met veel ervaring, technisch inzicht en een duidelijke rol binnen de organisatie.

Koeltechniek blijft uitdagend

Waarom blijft iemand zo lang bij hetzelfde bedrijf? Voor Christian zit dat voor een groot deel in de techniek. Koeltechniek is nooit saai. Elke installatie, elke klant en elk project vraagt om nadenken.

Die technische uitdaging houdt het werk interessant. Zeker bij Van Abeelen, waar commerciële en industriële installaties steeds slimmer, duurzamer en complexer worden.

Groeien met vertrouwen

Christian kreeg de kans om door te groeien. Van stagiair naar een rol binnen het managementteam. Niet van de ene dag op de andere, maar stap voor stap. Door te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en samen te werken met collega’s waar je op kunt bouwen.

Zijn verhaal laat goed zien wat Van Abeelen belangrijk vindt: vakmanschap, ontwikkeling en vertrouwen.
