Inge in the spotlight

Inge is Calculator bij Van Abeelen. Al meer dan vijf jaar is ze een vertrouwd gezicht binnen het team. Haar ervaring gaat veel verder terug: sinds 1985 werkt ze in de wereld van koeltechniek en airconditioning.

Die jaren aan kennis neem je niet zomaar mee. Die bouw je op in de praktijk.

Ervaring die je merkt

Inge begon ooit in de verkoop en groeide later door richting calculatie. In haar werk komen technische kennis, nauwkeurigheid en gevoel voor de klant samen.

Een goede calculatie is meer dan een bedrag onderaan de streep. Het vraagt inzicht in techniek, materiaal, uren, planning en haalbaarheid. Precies daar zit de waarde van ervaring.

Kennis doorgeven

Inge is trots op de stap die voor haar ligt: vervroegd pensioen. Tot die tijd draagt ze met plezier haar kennis over aan collega Merijn. Een mooie manier om haar loopbaan af te ronden.

Dat typeert Van Abeelen. Kennis zit niet alleen in systemen, maar vooral in mensen. En die kennis geven we graag door.
