Sjoerd in the spotlight

Sjoerd is Installatie Monteur Verhuur en Allround Koelmonteur bij Van Abeelen. Toen hij begon, noemt hij zichzelf achteraf een “broekie” in de koudetechniek. Inmiddels staat hij zelfverzekerd op klussen en weet hij waar hij over praat.

Van leren naar zelf doen

Sjoerd werkt al jaren bij Van Abeelen, met een korte tussenpauze. In die tijd groeide hij technisch én persoonlijk. Van meekijken en leren naar zelfstandig installeren, oplossen en schakelen op locatie.

Dat is precies hoe veel collega’s bij Van Abeelen groeien. Je krijgt ruimte om te leren, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Collega’s helpen elkaar, kennis wordt gedeeld en de lijnen zijn kort.

Afwisseling in binnen- en buitenland

Het werk bracht Sjoerd al op mooie plekken. Een project in Portugal voor Van Abeelen Rental Solutions bleef hem extra bij. Voor je werk naar het buitenland, aan een technische oplossing bouwen en daarna samen trots zijn op het resultaat.

En ja, ook de vrijdagmiddagborrel hoort erbij. Want hard werken en Brabantse gezelligheid gaan bij Van Abeelen prima samen.
