Dirk in the spotlight

Soms moet je even ergens anders kijken om te merken waar je echt op je plek zit. Dat geldt voor Dirk. Na zeventien jaar bij Van Abeelen koos hij voor een andere weg. Drie jaar later kwam hij terug.

Waarom? De kansen, de groeimogelijkheden en het gevoel dat hij hier weer onderdeel wilde zijn van het team.

Veel gezien, veel gedaan

Dirk begon ooit als monteur en maakte in de loop der jaren veel kanten van het vak mee. Montage, inbedrijfstelling, storingen, onderhoud en service: hij kent de praktijk.

Die brede ervaring maakt hem waardevol. Niet alleen omdat hij technisch veel weet, maar ook omdat hij begrijpt wat er op locatie nodig is. Soms is dat een slimme oplossing. Soms vooral rustig blijven en doorpakken.

Terug met nieuwe energie

Zijn terugkeer naar Van Abeelen zegt veel over de cultuur. Er is ruimte om te groeien, om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en om jezelf technisch te blijven ontwikkelen.

Dirk kwam terug met extra ervaring en nieuwe energie. Precies het soort vakman dat past bij een bedrijf waar techniek serieus wordt genomen, maar de sfeer menselijk blijft.
