Remote monitoring via IXON

The connection to the system is established via an IXON router. This router creates a secure connection to the customer portal. Through this portal, both the customer and Van Abeelen have secure access to the system and the available data.
This allows administrators and technical departments to see what is happening more quickly and make better-informed decisions. Van Abeelen can monitor remotely, identify anomalies early, and prepare service more effectively. This saves time and helps to respond more quickly when an installation is not functioning properly.
Respond faster to deviations
