Robin in the spotlight

Robin is al negen jaar onderdeel van Van Abeelen. In die tijd groeide hij uit tot een collega die op meerdere plekken in het proces zijn waarde laat zien. Hij combineert werkvoorbereiding met montage. Een rol waarin plannen, technisch inzicht en praktijkervaring samenkomen.

Van voorbereiding tot uitvoering

Wat Robin doet, is veelzijdig. De ene keer zit hij in de voorbereiding van een project. De andere keer staat hij zelf met gereedschap bij de installatie. Juist die combinatie maakt zijn werk afwisselend.

Hij weet wat er op papier bedacht wordt én wat er op locatie nodig is. Daardoor kan hij goed schakelen tussen kantoor, werkplaats en klantlocatie.

Groeien door te doen

Robin heeft zich in de afgelopen jaren duidelijk ontwikkeld. Niet door stil te blijven zitten, maar door mee te pakken, vragen te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Dat past bij Van Abeelen. Wie wil leren, krijgt ruimte. Wie verantwoordelijkheid aankan, krijgt vertrouwen. En wie graag met techniek bezig is, komt hier genoeg uitdagingen tegen.
