Kelly is planner bij Van Abeelen. Grote kans dat je haar aan de lijn krijgt wanneer je belt. Vriendelijk, scherp en altijd bezig om klanten en monteurs zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Ze werkt inmiddels 4,5 jaar bij Van Abeelen en zit bijna tien jaar in de planning. Die ervaring merk je.

Schakelen tussen klant, monteur en planning

Planning in de koeltechniek is geen rustige puzzel op papier. Er verandert altijd iets. Een storing, een klantvraag, een monteur die extra materiaal nodig heeft of een planning die net anders loopt dan gedacht.

Kelly houdt overzicht en schakelt snel. Ze zorgt dat klanten duidelijkheid krijgen en monteurs weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Dat vraagt rust, snelheid en gevoel voor mensen.

Jezelf kunnen zijn

Voor Kelly is de sfeer bij Van Abeelen belangrijk. Iedereen mag zichzelf zijn en er is respect voor elkaar. Dat maakt samenwerken makkelijker en het werk leuker.

Die menselijke kant past bij Van Abeelen. We zijn technisch sterk, maar blijven nuchter en persoonlijk. Ook als de planning vol zit.
