Inge is an Estimator at Van Abeelen. For more than five years, she has been a familiar face within the team. Her experience goes back much further: she has been working in the world of refrigeration and air conditioning since 1985.

Inge once started in sales and later progressed towards estimation. Her work combines technical knowledge, accuracy, and a sense for the customer.

A good calculation is more than a bottom line. It requires insight into technology, materials, hours, planning, and feasibility. That is precisely where the value of experience lies.

Passing on knowledge

Inge is proud of the step that lies ahead of her: early retirement. Until then, she enjoys passing on her knowledge to colleague Merijn. A great way to round off her career.

That typifies Van Abeelen. Knowledge is not just in systems, but above all in people. And we are happy to pass on that knowledge.
