The customer needed a solution with which multiple product streams could be processed simultaneously, without compromising the quality of the end product.
Two spiral coolers, four product streams
Van Abeelen developed a customized system with two spiral coolers. Both coolers are equipped with a dual track at both the inlet and the outlet. As a result, four pizza streams can go through the cooling process simultaneously.

Compact design with high capacity
In industrial food production, space is often limited. At the same time, the system must deliver sufficient capacity and integrate well with the existing production line. By cleverly integrating the dual track, a compact system with high processing capacity was created.
