For a leading manufacturer in the petrochemical industry, Van Abeelen Rental Solutions has been supplying dry coolers on a rental basis for years. Due to fluctuations in the market, the customer needed a large cooling capacity, but with the flexibility to scale up or down.
The installation cools water from +85°C to +50°C and delivers a total of 9 MW cooling capacity.
9 MW cooling capacity without fixed investment
Van Abeelen Rental Solutions supplied three dry coolers each with 3,000 kW capacity, including the associated liquid pumps and 3-way valves. The installation has been commissioned, put into operation and is periodically inspected and maintained by our technicians.

Flexible renting for as long as needed
The customer can choose between monthly, quarterly or annual renewal. This ensures that the cooling capacity remains aligned with current market demand. When demand decreased, the rental of one drycooler and one pump was simply stopped.
That is exactly the advantage of renting: technically well-organized, without unnecessary fixed investment and with room to move with the production.
