In 5 steps to the finish line
During an extensive conversation, our technical engineer will map out your specific needs and requirements. We are not the kind of company that just does what you ask. In your best interest, we will look at the situation critically and offer honest advice.
During this step, we discuss your preferences. What is most important to you? Regulations, sustainability, lifespan, budget, or energy savings? Based on experience, we know which types of installations are suitable. The engineer you speak with ensures perfect coordination behind the scenes, resolves issues, and keeps you informed about progress.
After the inventory, an important and extensive step follows: the engineer creates the preliminary design. This looks at the location, the application, and the business process. Is there still profit to be made for you, for example by saving energy with a heat pump or by using a different refrigerant?.
Before the preliminary design is presented, there will be consultations with the director, a project manager, and a fellow engineer for fine-tuning.
You will then receive a design in outline form (including price, capacity calculations, energy consumption and savings, refrigerant and payback time).
Once you have provided the assignment, the project planners will get to work. We collect all the necessary information. Then the design is developed in detail.
If the design is finalized, it will be sent to you for review, including a flow diagram, P&ID (including drawings, bill of materials, and floor plans), and a schedule. It is possible that additional options will be proposed during this step as well. For example, an idea for a better flow of the refrigerant or a rental solution during fabrication.
The project manager orders the materials, creates a schedule, and hands over the wiring and component dimensions and detailed drawings to the installers. The installers prefabricate the installation as completely as possible in our own workshop. Prefabrication has several major advantages: the installers can work in ideal conditions (quiet and dry), the job is better under control, and you have guaranteed a quick installation time. After prefabrication, the installation is transported in separate components.
After the installation has been completed, our assembly team is ready to install the components, connect the cooling piping, arrange the electrical wiring, and connect the control system to your network. The installation is tested according to a set protocol. After that, the installers will commission the installation and provide training to your staff.
Of course, after installation you can count on our 24/7 service. In this way, we ensure a working installation that you can rely on for years to come.
If you have any special requirements regarding maintenance, we will record them.
