Step 1: Assessing your needs

During an extensive discussion, our technical engineer will map out your specific wishes and requirements. We are not the type to blindly follow instructions. In your best interest, we take a constructively critical look at what is on the table and provide honest advice.

During this step, we will discuss your preferences. What is your primary focus: regulations, sustainability, lifespan, budget, or energy savings? From experience, we know which types of installations will then be suitable. The engineer you speak with ensures seamless coordination behind the scenes, resolves any issues, and keeps you informed of the progress.

Step 2: Preliminary design

Following the inventory comes an important and extensive step: the engineer creates the preliminary design. This involves looking at the location, the application, and the business process. Are there still gains to be made for you there, for example by saving energy with a heat pump or by using a different refrigerant.

Before the preliminary design is presented, a consultation takes place with the director, a work planner, and a fellow engineer for the fine-tuning.

You will then receive a high-level design (including price, capacity calculations, energy consumption and savings, refrigerant, and payback period).

Step 3: Final design

Once you have placed the order, the preparation engineers will get to work. We will collect all necessary information. After that, the design will be elaborated in detail.

Once the design is final, it will be sent to you for review, including a flow diagram, P&ID (including, among other things, a drawing, parts list, floor plan), and schedule. It is possible that additional options may also be proposed during this step. For example, an idea for a better refrigerant flow or a rental solution during manufacturing.

Step 4: Manufacturing

The work preparation engineer orders the materials, creates a schedule, and hands over the pipe and component sizing and detail drawings to the mechanics. The mechanics prefabricate the installation as completely as possible in our own workshop. Prefabrication has several major advantages: the mechanics can work under ideal conditions (quiet and dry), the project is better controlled, and you are guaranteed a fast installation time. After prefabrication, the installation is transported in separate components.

Step 5: Assembly and commissioning

After the arrival of the installation, our assembly team is ready to assemble the components, connect the refrigeration piping, arrange the electrical work, and connect the control technology to your network. The installation is inspected according to a fixed protocol. Afterwards, the technicians put the installation into operation and provide knowledge transfer to your staff.

Of course, after installation you can rely on our 24/7 service department. In this way, we ensure a working installation that you can rely on for years to come.
