Rob in the spotlight

Rob is technisch specialist bij Van Abeelen. Hij begon ooit als stagiair, werkte daarna als vakantiekracht en hulpmonteur en groeide door tot de rol die hij nu heeft.

Twaalf jaar later is hij nog steeds aan het leren. Technisch én persoonlijk. En precies dat zegt veel over werken bij Van Abeelen.

Van stagiair naar technisch specialist

Rob kent de praktijk van dichtbij. Hij weet hoe het is om onderaan te beginnen, vragen te stellen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen.

Inmiddels werkt hij aan complexe projecten en kijkt hij met trots terug op onder andere projecten bij Compaxo en Quick Frozen. Bij beide projecten was hij montagemanager. Daar leerde hij veel en zag hij hoe voorbereiding, vakmanschap en teamwork samenkomen.

Groeien stopt niet

Rob is trots op zijn ontwikkeling. Niet omdat hij “klaar” is, maar juist omdat hij blijft groeien. In koeltechniek verandert veel. Installaties worden slimmer, duurzamer en complexer. Dat maakt het vak uitdagend.

Bij Van Abeelen krijg je de ruimte om daarin mee te groeien. Met collega’s die hun kennis delen en projecten waar je technisch echt je tanden in kunt zetten.
