A production facility of a European wood processing manufacturer suffered severe frost damage to its dry coolers. As a result, there was an urgent need for temporary cooling capacity to keep the facility operational.
Van Abeelen Rental Solutions provided an emergency solution with approximately 4,000 kW cooling capacity for water from +45°C to +25°C.

In emergency situations, speed counts, but so does reliability. The temporary installation had to be immediately deployable, provide sufficient capacity, and fit in with the desire to keep the electrical energy consumption on site as low as possible.

Quick delivery from a ready-to-rent stock
Thanks to the Van Abeelen Rental Solutions fleet, a quick switchover was possible. The installation was delivered, installed and put into operation, including water treatment, a liquid pump, DN200 liquid hoses, power cables and adapter flanges.
This allowed the customer to keep the production site operational and limit impending financial and contractual damage.
