In this process, precise planning, preparation, delivery commitments, legal requirements, and commercial opportunities all play a crucial role. Any delay in the start-up of the new extruder line was simply not an option.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1045\">Van Abeelen Rental Solutions provided the client with: <span style=\"color: #005179;\"><strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"905\">400kW of cooling capacity<\/strong><\/span>, bringing the cooling water temperature down from <span style=\"color: #005179;\"><strong data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"973\">+12\u00b0C to +6\u00b0C<\/strong><\/span>. This included a buffer tank, fluid pump, 4\u201d hoses, and power cables.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1379\">To avoid negatively impacting the contractually required<span style=\"color: #005179;\"> <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1137\">FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)<\/strong>,<\/span> the use of any medium other than clean water had to be avoided where possible. Thanks to our innovative and creative approach, we managed to eliminate the need for glycol.<br data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1313\" \/>We handled<span style=\"color: #005179;\"> <strong data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1370\">transport, installation, and commissioning<\/strong><\/span> in full.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1680\">At the client&#8217;s explicit request, a clearly defined lump-sum offer was provided to avoid any financial surprises afterwards.
