Sjoerd is Installation Mechanic Rental and Allround Refrigeration Mechanic at Van Abeelen. When he started, he looks back at himself as a “rookie” in refrigeration technology. By now, he works on jobs with confidence and knows what he is talking about.

Sjoerd has been working at Van Abeelen for years, with a brief interim period. During that time, he grew both technically and personally. From watching and learning to independently installing, troubleshooting, and communicating on site.

That is precisely how many colleagues at Van Abeelen grow. You are given room to learn, but you are not alone. Colleagues help each other, knowledge is shared, and the communication lines are short.

Work had already taken Sjoerd to wonderful places. A project in Portugal for Van Abeelen Rental Solutions stayed with him in particular. Going abroad for work, building a technical solution, and then being proud of the result together.

And yes, the Friday afternoon drinks are part of it too. Because hard work and Brabant cosiness go together brilliantly at Van Abeelen.
