Der optimale Einsatzbereich unserer Froster f\u00fcr Kartons liegt bei einer Gefrierleistung von 3 bis 30 Tonnen pro Stunde. Die durchschnittliche Lufttemperatur im Froster betr\u00e4gt ungef\u00e4hr -35 \u00b0C (-31 \u00b0F). Durchschnittliche Gefrierzeiten von +10 \u00b0C bis -18 \u00b0C bei offenen Kartons: Gefl\u00fcgel, z. B. H\u00fchnchen, eng verpackt \u2013 4-6 Stunden. F\u00fcr das schnellste Einfrieren empfehlen wir die Verwendung von offenen Kartons\/Schachteln.
