Durch den Kaltluftstrom wird die statische Oberfl\u00e4chenschicht um das Produkt aufgel\u00f6st, sodass es sehr schnell gefriert, sich kleine Eiskristalle bilden und damit die Produktqualit\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleistet wird. Das Kontaktfrosten eignet sich f\u00fcr Produkte mit einer gro\u00dfen Oberfl\u00e4che im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Gewicht und ist ideal zum Einfrieren von z. B. Hamburgern und anderen flachen Produkten.
